Felicia Dixon is the Program Director at RECLAIM, where she leads reintegration and wellness initiatives supporting individuals returning from incarceration in rebuilding mental, emotional, and relational well-being. Drawing from her own 16-year incarceration experience, she designs healing-centered programs that address the needs of BIPOC and system-impacted communities. Felicia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Washington and serves on the board of the Formerly Incarcerated College Graduates Network. She has participated in the EdTrust Justice Fellowship and Rockwood Fellowship, focusing on leadership within systems-impacted communities. Her work is rooted in dismantling systems of harm and advancing community-based, incarceration-responsive care—approaches that center collective healing beyond traditional westernized frameworks.
