Jarrelle Marshall is the Executive Director of RECLAIM and a former participant, student leader, and board member of its earlier iteration, University Beyond Bars- a higher education in prison program (HEP). Having been directly and indirectly impacted by incarceration, Jarrelle leads with lived experience and a deep commitment to healing and equity. He has guided RECLAIM through a transformative rebrand and relaunch centered on mental health and community restoration. Through his leadership, Jarrelle works to disrupt cycles of harm and redefine what reentry can look like, ensuring that those returning home are supported, seen, and empowered to flourish.
