Eric “Scotty” Williams is Program Manager for Mental Health services at Multnomah County Detention Center (MCDC) in Portland Oregon and the Multnomah County Inverness Jail (MCIJ). He has more than 25 yrs years of experience supporting the mental health of incarcerated and formerly incarcerated adults, and incarcerated youth.
