The RISE Program is a community-centered initiative designed to interrupt cycles of violence-including gun violence and incarceration- by addressing the trauma, disconnection, and systemic barriers that often fuel conflict. Rather than responding only to the symptoms of violence, RISE works to strengthen individual healing, restore relationships, and build pathways to long-term stability and well-being.
Our services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and therapeutic, recognizing the unique experiences and strengths of each participant. Through a model grounded in community care, peer navigation, and restorative engagement, participants receive compassionate support, meaningful connections, and practical resources that promote healing, accountability, and resilience.
At RECLAIM, we believe safer communities are built by investing in people. The RISE Program empowers individuals and communities to heal, reconnect, and create lasting change—one relationship, one family, and one neighborhood at a time.
